    What is Redline Throwing Academy?

    Redline Throwing Academy is Baltimore area's premier throwing development program for baseball and softball athletes. By combining throwing mechanics and performance training, we have developed a progressive model that is guaranteed to improve your overall throwing ability in a safe and effective manner.

    Our professional Extra Innings instructors will coach the athletes through an 8 or 12 week throwing program designed to progress overall body throwing mechanics, while reducing the risk of injury. Our certified Sports Performance coaches will assist in this development to improve the athlete’s total body strength and power, with an emphasis on the arm and shoulder to reduce their risk of injury and improve overall throwing performance.

    The What will students learn?

    Learn and Master the fundamentals of swing sequence. Find out WHAT Elite hitters do, WHEN they do it, and WHY they do it. Improve timing, increase ball exit speed, power and consistency.

    The Course format:

    The course is a combination of Mechanics, Drills, Strength and Conditioning, Video Analysis, Classroom Discussions, and live hitting. Students participate in a variety of friendly competitions/contests and have fun while building confidence and character. Students attend class twice per week for 1.5 hours per session, with each new session building on the previous course content.
