Position: Baseball/Softball Instructors

Job Purpose:

 

 To provide baseball/softball instruction at a high level to athletes of different age groups.

 Promotes a positive environment for children, parents and staff.

Responsibilities:

 

 Create and facilitate a fun, dynamic atmosphere for kids

 The ability to coach, communicate and organize, with patience and clarity, children and co-workers.

 The ability to work with large groups of athletes ages 6-18

 Ensure that all athletes are safe at all times

 The ability to provide and deliver a thorough knowledge of hitting, pitching, fielding for baseball and or softball

 Promote sales of merchandise in the pro-shop
