January/February Baseball Pitchers & Catchers Mini-Camp

This camp will review all the aspects of the pitcher/catcher relationship. We will cover throwing, long toss & pick-off moves, grips and new pitches. We will also teach an elbow shoulder exercise routine. Catchers will work on signs, footwork, receiving, blocking, throwing & catching live pitching. This program is designed to gradually prepare a pitcher/catcher for the season. This camp is run by Former Oriole Pitcher & Extra Innings GM Rick Krivda.

January/February High School Program

Get unlimited use of the training tunnels equipped with jugs machines, L-screens, pitching mounds and iron mike machines. Use of the weight room with a baseball/softball specific strength training program designed by our strength coach. All participants will receive 10% off pro shop purchases.

February Softball Pitchers & Catchers Clinic

This clinic focuses on the fundamentals of the pitcher and catcher. Instructors work specific drills each week to improve the mechanics of the pitcher and the proper techniques of receiving, blocking and throwing for the catcher. Each week the pitchers will throw live to the catchers under the supervision of our instructors. Space is limited.

March Speed & Agility Clinic

Improve your athletic performance! Athletes will be evaluated and tested prior to the clinic and will be assessed again after the clinic. The clinic is geared towards improving speed, agility as well as developing strength and power, while also reducing the risk of injury. NEW VIDEO ANALYSIS! Each athlete will be analyzed on running technique.

March Softball Clinic

This four session mini-clinic will cover all aspects of the game. Stations we be set up to cover hitting mechanics, fielding, pitching, catching and base running. Participants will be separated by age/ability. This clinic aims to provide an increased awareness off the softball game to all skill levels.
